Well tolerated and our favorite pizza dough.
We love this pizza dough. It's a healthier option and tastes just as good. Whole wheat dough would be even better.
The dough is okay, but difficult to work with. It is too soft (even when well chilled) and therefore difficult to handle.

I love the taste of this dough. Sometimes not rolled up perfectly.
Basically, this is a very good pizza dough that we have been buying for years. However, twice within three weeks, we noticed significant deficiencies in the refrigeration or quality. The dough is discolored (gray) in places and looks very unappetizing, so we threw it away both times to be on the safe side. This is clearly not a one-time occurrence. We will no longer be buying this dough in the future.
Good pizza dough, rolled out and thinner is better, otherwise it's too thick.
