too soggy, puff pastry not fresh. The leaves should be coated with a moisture barrier (egg white or chocolate). Unfortunately not a pleasure. The vanilla cream doesn't seem to be pattisserie cream either. The cream has a strange taste, as artificial as it is chemical. Too bad, I love cream slices and cornets.
