Satisfying in every respect. Nutty taste; stays fresh for a long time. Lots of edge; not very soft. A real bread delight.
Last time I bought I found a hair inside of the bread - but other times has been really good .
Perfect for sandwiches.

I have to agree with the others! Too much salt and also too much dry flour, some of it still lumpy, which was "twisted in". I've been testing it since summer 2024, now fall 2025 and I'm not happy with it.
