I love this bread. Although I actually tolerate spelt bread better. How about an oat bread? Made in Migros? I'd be happy!
I think it's my favorite Migros bread (along with Hercules and harder-to-find breads).

There are rarely any organic breads in bakeries, but this one is very good, an excellent point for Migros.
Why do professional bakers lag behind in this respect? I also regularly visit artisan bakeries to support them, but I'd like to find more Swiss IP bread or organic bread with sourdough that's even better, even more expensive, because bread is a commodity that shouldn't be neglected and should be respected. Don't throw anything away.
