Why is this super drink only available in eastern Switzerland? If I remember correctly, we used to get it in Zurich when I was a child. Is it true that the drink was launched for the 1974 World Cup? And is it true that the drink is based on the recipe for Beckenrieder Apfelmost (Getränke Lussi AG, Stans / available at Migros Daily, Metalli Zug)?

Unfortunately, we are unable to answer your questions about the recipe and WM, as the company that used to produce 1+1 ceased to exist in 2018. Möhl in Arbon offers a similar product, presumably only in eastern Switzerland, but I happened to see it at a small drinks retailer in Neuhausen am Rheinfall. As a Migros child, this product immediately caught my eye.
