Perfect, needs much less sugar, gelling quality as desired!
It is also easy to calculate if it is not 1 to 1 the same size.
It gels very well, but contains too much artificial citric acid for us: coats the fruit flavor of the jams with a distinct ascorbic taste, even at half the dosage and with a wide variety of fruits. Also has a similarly aggressive effect on the teeth as "sour tongues". You have to like it.
Very useful product to save a large amount of sugar when making jam.
