Delicious in taste. I found them a bit too hard. I've had dried ones that were softer.
A fig in the morning and a fig in the afternoon and your gut is happy. (Tip: bite the seed balls as well as possible...). -
Small pieces of figs and dates go very well in a winter fruit salad.
