Very average quality. There are a lot of bean stalks, and despite soaking overnight, they remain quite hard after cooking.

A disaster! Beans from CHINA?? Even if they taste good, I wouldn't buy them!! Where have the Swiss organic dried beans gone? Apparently, they are no longer available. Fortunately, the other orange Swiss retailer sells dried beans from Switzerland. I'm happy to pay more for them!!
