The best gluten-free flour! It makes cakes and cookies just as good as "normal" ones. You need about 10% more liquid for cakes.
But unfortunately, this flour has been discontinued... probably because they need more space for their 300th vegan product. Because poor vegans can't cook their own food. But now celiacs have to mix their own flour...

The flour is quite good for breads. I just find the taste of buckwheat flour too dominant in cakes. However, the biscuit was not dry at all but very fluffy and moist.
