Absurdly expensive. Two and a half times as expensive as the great Alnatura wholemeal spelt flour. For regular bakers, kilo packs are also a must. Neither in terms of price nor quality is it a valid substitute for the finer and therefore more versatile Alnatura wholemeal spelt flour, which has disappeared from many Migros branches. Please return the Alnatura flour to the stores!
