No better or worse than other flours, just very expensive.

It doesn't taste bad, but the recipe printed on it doesn't work very well. I'll have to "tinker" with it, because the gluten only develops moderately well as it is, and I think the crust can be achieved better with clever steaming and probably also a change of temperature from very hot to a more moderate heat.
