Good quality flour, which I use regularly for various preparations.
The only area for improvement is the package: once opened it tends to break easily or get holes in it, which makes it difficult to store it conveniently.
It would be ideal to have a more durable or resealable package to avoid waste and keep it tidy.
Overall, a good product.
