Excellent, high-quality pasta.
Reasonably priced
The pasta as a flavor is very good too bad, however, that the wheat is not totally Italian but is partly Italian and partly from the United States. It only got the PGI mark because the milling took place in Gragnano.
Perfect for vegans
The best pasta brand. It absorbs the sauce perfectly and has a good consistency. However, if you don't want this pasta to be too al dente, you need to add 2 to 3 minutes to the cooking time.
