A little lemon juice makes it taste even better, otherwise it's fine.

Even if you have to add quite a bit, it still produces a good result. A little tip: if you don't want the cake to be dry, replace some of the butter with (tasteless!) oil! I've used 100g butter and 50g oil myself, and that has already helped.

I always take it and improve it. It's just too dry for me. Wait 15 minutes after baking. Mix 1dl lemon juice and 100g powdered sugar. Make small holes in the cake with a thin skewer and pour the syrup over it. Later, pour over the guas provided, it will be perfect!
