Quality cane sugar (organic Swiss!). The packaging is not very moisture-tight. It should be transferred to a more airtight box for prolonged use.

Very good for mojito
I usually buy a pack of 250g sticks for 2.70 CHF, but I wanted to try this one, which weighs 600g and costs only 2.40 CHF, as if on a whim [and especially this weather, which doesn't make me feel like shopping], which is a definite saving. On the other hand, it's up to me to measure out the quantity, whereas with a stick in hand it's very quick to calculate, and above all I don't have to decant the sugar into a jar to protect it from ants and the thin wrapping paper from tearing, which means wasting it in one way or another. Like being careful not to soil it. I'll have to wait and see, but I've got a feeling I'll be going back to the pack of sticks when I've unpacked, which is sturdier and, above all, easier to store.
In any case, I know they'll have the same pleasant taste that characterizes it.
