Is it possible that the mixture of the muesli is not exactly the same as that on the Farmer Yoghurt Exotic? Because the yoghurt still has small, airy crunchy flakes.
Otherwise I think it's really tasty, because you can taste the fruit very well.

We are delighted that you like the Farmer Croc Exotic Müesli so much. In fact, the recipe is not identical. The müesli mix for the yoghurt has been enriched with beta glucan crispies.

Thanks for the answer. It would be cool if you could also mix the beta-glucan crispies into the exotic muesli mix. I think they would go really well in the mix :-)

Is too sweet and has no effect on cholesterol levels. Only covers 1/3 of the daily requirement with one serving. Again something new that pretends to be healthy food.

We have tried to make the recipe as "healthy" as possible, but this is very difficult. Omitting or replacing sugar is not or only partially possible for production and/or sensory reasons (taste).
But: The products with the red beta-glucan logo contain more fiber (compared to other breakfast cereals), less fat or added sugar (the soluble oat beta-glucans have been shown to have a positive effect on blood cholesterol levels).

Farmer Croc Exotic, for example, has 30% less fat than conventional crunchy muesli and is characterized by its high fibre content.

Ultimately, it always comes down to the overall balance of sugar intake. The WHO recommends that a maximum of 10% of the energy consumed per day should come from sugar. The term "sugar" refers to all added mono- and disaccharides as well as natural sugars in honey, syrups and fruit juices (also known as "free sugars"). It does not include natural sugars in fruit, vegetables, milk, cereal products, etc.

If you consume your muesli with natural yoghurt or milk instead of fruit yoghurt, you have already made a big contribution to reducing sugar.
