Good day! Why has the lid been changed? I use M-Dessert a lot for sauces and so it was practical that it was resealable, as you don't exactly need the whole cup each time. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible with the new lid. Thank you very much for your reply!

Hello nanalia, thank you for the question. We made a change as the current market is moving towards packaging reduction and reusable lids. The aluminum lid is recyclable. The PET lid, on the other hand, had to be disposed of in household waste. We have also been offering a silicone lid for some time now, which can be used flexibly. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

And silicone lids are now more environmentally friendly?

Hello Marie-Kristine, thank you for your inquiry. Items made of silicone are intended for reusable use and are therefore recyclable. This has positive aspects in terms of sustainability. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I love(d) M-Dessert very much. Since I only buy organic products whenever possible, I ask myself why M-Dessert is not also produced organically. I look forward to an answer

Hello Dawka, thank you for your message. We understand your wish for a variant in organic quality. We have also noticed the increasing demand for such products. For this reason, it is important for us to expand our range accordingly. Unfortunately, the limited space on our shelves sometimes presents us with a challenge. We will be happy to incorporate your input into the upcoming product range revision. We may be able to implement your suggestion. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, What can I use to replace M-dessert sour milk in a lactose-free recipe? Thank you
4 years ago
Hello Dolly35, thank you very much for your question. At this time, we have no plans to introduce a product corresponding to your request. Space on our shelves is limited and the current demand for such a product does not yet justify freeing up space to put it on the shelf. However, the specialist department has been informed of your request. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello me2, thank you for your feedback. You can check availability in your preferred stores online. As sour milk is only available in larger stores, you can find it at Migros Neuwiesen, for example. The Pfäffikon ZH branch also has sour milk in stock. It's best to ask the staff there if you can't find it, as the shelves may not yet be restocked. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

At Migros Seepark Kreuzlingen, the large cups have unfortunately not been available for several weeks.

The fact is that the Valflora M-Dessert sour milk, 205240100000 is not available in the Seepark due to low demand and consequently high spoilage. As soon as the store is remodeled, it will be given more space and the item will then be added back to the range if possible. In the meantime, we can recommend the same item in 200ml, which is available at MM Seepark. your M-Infoline Team

Why can't I find the 500g M-Dessert at Migros Bremgarten/Berne anymore? There's more plastic waste with the small cups, and they cost more!!!!!

Hello Lunolile, unfortunately our customers didn't buy much of the large tumbler, so we had to throw away a lot of merchandise. That's why we've decided to stock this product only in department stores from now on. The nearest store to you with stock is Marktgasse, Bern. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
