Could have a little more flavor, but the isothonic effect is there.
I was positively impressed, really very good! Convenient re-sealable spout. Good taste and not overly chemical, in fact far from it, I found it really good as a flavored and vitaminized water. I used it in a time of particular need and it helped me a lot. I recommend it.

The cap is hard to open. I didn't particularly like the lemon taste.
