Hello lemillion, thank you for your feedback. The manufacturer has checked the production logs and the retained samples and has not identified any deviations. The packs are filled by hand. After packing, a weight check is carried out so that we can sort out underweight units. In individual cases, the total weight may already be reached at nine sticks, so that automatic rejection does not take place. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Both packs still had a thin strip of adhesive tape over the side where you open them. So this can't be a coincidence and someone in production has deliberately taped them up, otherwise there is no adhesive tape on the packaging of this product, I also have pictures of it. In itself it is not tragic, but it is dangerous if something is wrong according to the machine and someone tapes up the packs anyway and lets them out for consumption. I just want to have it reported for safety's sake. best regards lemillion
