2 questions
Hello, I have the following problem. I place the Powertab at the back of the drum BEFORE the wash. After a short time in the wash cycle, however, the tab falls into the window area and remains there. I then stop the wash cycle and push the tab to the back of the drum again. The whole thing repeats itself. Do others also have this problem? What solutions are there?
Hello kitwitt, thank you for your message. We asked our specialists how this problem could be solved. As you have already correctly written, the tab should be placed in the machine first. It is important to place the tab under the dry laundry. So perhaps the tab should be placed in the middle rather than at the very back. Depending on the load and soiling, you may need 2 tabs. The tab dissolves within a few minutes. With a small load of laundry, it sometimes happens that the tab gets stuck in the door before it has had a chance to dissolve in the wash water, as there is not enough material on the tab. As a tip, we recommend putting the tab in a laundry net, placing it in the empty drum and placing the dry laundry on top. The laundry net prevents the tab from getting stuck in the door. For small loads, e.g. 1 to 2 kg of dry laundry, use a powder or liquid detergent and reduce the dosage. With some washing machines, you can enter the "Single Wash" program for a load of up to 1 kg of dry laundry, which uses less water and energy. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

For ALL textiles, i.e. also for wool and silk? The product has bleaching agents and enzymes, hence my question.
Hello NeuerNicknamin, thank you for your inquiry.
1 for All products have been developed to wash as many fibers, colors and materials as possible. The composition of the Total 1 for all tabs is similar to that of the powder formula Total
Total Power Tabs 1 for all contains bleaching agents, but only in small quantities. This is the compromise we have found to achieve a good stain removal effect on white laundry and minimal damage to dark laundry.
Tip: We recommend washing white textiles from time to time with Total White detergent powder, article no. 5001.460. Heavy-duty detergent powder has the strongest washing power, washes white and light colors deep into the fibers, contains bleach and optical brighteners. We recommend washing white laundry separately and with a powder detergent containing bleach (unless otherwise stated on the washing label). White laundry that is washed with other colors and without bleach will change color over time.
Occasional hot wash cycles with detergent powder containing bleach also keep the washing machine hygienically clean and pure.
Detergents can contain various enzymes. These include cellulases (= enzymes that restore the smooth surface of fibers) and proteases (= protein-splitting enzymes).
Wool comes from the fur of sheep and other animals. The fluffy hair of the animals is a natural fiber and consists mainly of protein. This is why wool detergents, and therefore also 1 for all detergents, must not contain protease. Cotton and other fabrics do not contain "protein" fibers. Total Power Tabs 1 for all therefore does not contain the enzyme protease.
However, in a detergent that is also suitable for wool and silk, the enzyme cellulase in small quantities has a positive effect in preventing pilling, i.e. the formation of fluff and pills. This is also the case in Total Power Tabs 1 for all. High doses of cellulase can attack wool.
Tip: Wool tends to felt. Please never wash wool above 30°C and only with wool detergent in the wool wash program. For frequent washing of wool and silk, we recommend the product Yvette Care, which was developed for the cleaning and care of wool and silk.
Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
