Hello Is it planned to restore the original fragrance with the new Total Color or will it remain with the (xgüse) smell? Unfortunately, the new detergent no longer works for me. Thank you very much for your reply. phlow

Hello Phlow, it's a shame that you no longer like the scent of the detergent. We will pass on your feedback accordingly. There are currently no plans to make any changes. Due to regulatory guidelines, the ingredients and therefore also the fragrance had to be adjusted. Due to the interaction of the various ingredients, it is unfortunately not possible to obtain exactly the same fragrance. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is the wrapper made of plastic?

Hi fabiobo, thanks for your message. Refill packs for detergents, cleaners and fabric softeners must have a certain density and withstand a certain drop height, which is why they are made of synthetic material. In order to meet these requirements and make the packaging as streamlined as possible under the banner of sustainability, Total is made from a combination of various synthetic materials. So is it possible or not to throw them in the collection for plastic? ( https://www.sammelsack.ch/sammelwertstoffe.html )

Hi fabiobo, razie again for the clarification request. That's right, the bag can be recycled together with the plastic or thrown into normal household waste. Best regards, Your M-Infoline team

Is it necessary to add a water softener (e.g. Calgon) to the Total Color detergent if the washing machine is operated with very hard water (32° - 36°)? I have read that some of today's detergents already contain the necessary substances to dissolve limescale. What is the situation with Total Waschmittel Color liquid detergent? Many thanks

Hello Sinope, thank you for your message. All detergents contain water softener. However, we recommend using an additional product for water hardness above 30 fH. At least for programs with 60 and 95 °C. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Could it be that the customer received a sample of this Total Color detergent at the checkout about 3 weeks ago? I found the fragrance after washing to be very pleasant.

Hello Walliseller, unfortunately the clarifications took a little longer. The sample was the Total Color, which is correct. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
