Test and rate Yuzu limes

Have you ever heard of yuzu? This rather nondescript citrus fruit originally comes from Japan, and totally surprised me with its taste. I would say yuzu tastes slightly tart, like a lemon, yet also sweet, like a tangerine. But it's best if you try it yourself.
