Absolutely lousy new packaging and the chewy sweets are simply inedible. Sugus used to be so good, now they're just garbage! 1 star is still too many...
I can only agree with the previous speakers: The packaging is subterraneanly bad and the taste has also changed for the worse. Just don't buy any more, then the manufacturer will definitely back down!
What happened to my beloved Sugus?
I am a Sugus fan of the first hour. Unfortunately, what is on offer today has nothing to do with SUGUS. Unpalatable in texture, much smaller and almost impossible to open. What's more, the flavors are so horrible that I will never, with the best will in the world, buy one of these again.
One * is still too much. The packaging of the individual sweets, taste and consistency is subterranean. All varieties taste the same somehow. Today I had two that I spit out again because they had an aftertaste of vomit. Bought just last week.
Sugus is a nice childhood memory, but I won't buy it again since my latest experience.
Whoever designed the new packaging for the individual Sugus: why? Paper as thin as nothing, glue as strong as hell, tears every time. Tedious!
With the new packaging no longer recommended, they used to be better, the packaging used to be much easier to open
The taste is not comparable to the early ones - but quite ok, but the packaging is incredibly poorly designed and difficult to open. I prefer the "old" originals!
