I have written to you before but unfortunately I can no longer find your reply. We bought the stefanie rug back in august. Visually it is beautiful. However, it still smells of "wet dog". The rug never got wet. We let it air out for an extra long time but it's not getting any better. A colleague has the same rug and she doesn't smell it... can we please exchange it?
