The screws are not suitable for concrete ceilings. We had to buy others, but they didn't work, i.e. the small bracket can't be snapped into place. Unfortunately, we can't fit the rail without outside help.

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, we could not find what we were looking for in the curtain department and also not in the "screws department". So we had to source these elsewhere. The problem is that 4 cm of insulation comes first and only then the concrete. If you want to close the bracket, the screw has no grip, i.e. you can't create any pressure and the screw won't hold. We have tried it in three places and now have these holes without being able to mount the rod. Many thanks for another tip.
