I agree with your customer nr 15458 it's true that it was much more practical to have large bottles but they disappeared from one week to the next and apparently your employees have no explanation...

Hello Alnatura_lovers, the lemon syrup contains no ingredients or additives of animal origin and can therefore be described as vegan. However, it has not been certified as vegan and therefore does not carry a corresponding V-label on the packaging. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Alnatura_lovers, our syrups in the "syrup" line are vegan according to the recipe - with the exception of the syrups that contain carminic acid (e.g. the orange syrup), so please note the list of ingredients! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Nemrac12, thank you for your question. We are effectively taking this syrup in the 1.5 liter bottle out of our range as of calendar week 13. It is therefore possible that it is no longer available everywhere. Decisions about product ranges are always a balancing act for us. We can assure you that we will examine such a decision carefully. One of Migros' tasks is to monitor market developments and identify new trends. In addition, space on our shelves is limited, so we have to look very carefully at which products we offer. I was also very disappointed when I saw that the lemon syrup is no longer available in 1.5l. The fact that it's still available in 750ml is all well and good, but then it's also more expensive.... and with the space available, you could just offer one row less with another syrup and still offer a few 1.5l lemon syrups, maybe worth considering🤔
