Unfortunately, for the second time I have to say that the toilet paper Soft sensitive from Migros 5-ply does not meet the expectations and that is the opinion of all my guests. The paper sticks to the anus or the front, so very unpleasant and disappointing.
Kind regards, Colette Hotz

This SOFT Sensitive toilet paper is completely unusable.
Instead of cleaning, it tears very easily and the first layers peel off and stick!
To achieve the goal, it needs x times as much paper and is extremely unpleasant to use.
I don't understand how something like this can be put on the market. I understand even less how such a product makes it into the Migros range? It's a real imposition for the consumer.
SOFT Recycling, for example, is flawless.
Dear guest
Thank you very much for your feedback.
We apologize for the long wait. We have contacted our manufacturer and discussed your complaint with them.
Unfortunately, we do not have a sample or batch number, so we can only assume that the defect was caused during the mother reel change. During this phase, the first logs produced are sorted out because the machine has to be stopped. We assume that our staff did not remove all the defective logs and that the rolls were packed by mistake.
We have sensitized our staff to be particularly attentive during this regulatory phase and hope to avoid future complaints of this kind.
See you soon in your Migros - we look forward to your visit! Your M-Infoline team
