Definitely a good product but unfortunately not mine at all. Slippery and soft - I like my pasta with a bit of bite. But it was worth a try.

A good discovery for a gluten-free alternative to basic rice noodles, cook well even more than indicated otherwise the noodles are rubbery, eat with a little sauce or just a miso broth so they don't stick.
