«Customers appreciate the taste of the pepper but are largely dissatisfied with the grinder, finding it weak and inefficient. Some suggest selling the pepper separately without the grinder, as they find it more effort than it's worth to grind the pepper.»

I bought this grinder because it is refillable - unfortunately the grinder doesn't work at all. I bought this product two years ago... the problem was the same. The second chance thing didn't work...

It would be enough to offer the pepper without a grinder, but at a lower price. The pepper tastes good.

To my taste, this is the best pepper that Mirgros offers. It is also by far the undisputed price/performance winner in the Migros pepper range. At least 50 turns are needed to grind one grain with the corresponding grinder. The capacity of 39 gr. is therefore easily enough for a year. If you have a usable grinder into which you can transfer the peppercorns, go for it! This pepper is then no longer so cheap, but still fine. Perhaps Migros could simply sell this pepper in a bag if they can't provide a usable grinder.
