Positive: 1) The hair is colored gently and is very soft after coloring. 2) Gray hair is well covered.
Negative: 1) the color ends up being darker than the shades indicated on the packaging.

I was pleasantly surprised by the product. The application was uncomplicated, the cream does not drip and is easy to spread. The smell is somewhat milder than with many other colorations. The color result is beautifully even - a cool, natural ash tone without a yellow tint. The shine is also pleasant. However, the shade is a little lighter than I expected.
