Buttermilk is a whey that I like. However, to be able to find it, I now have no choice but to go to a MMigros, as they're no longer on the shelves at my local Migros. It's a pain, especially as I like to buy a variety of different milks to alternate between ewe's, goat's, buttermilk and sometimes small sizes of Gruyère milk. As I don't have a car, there's bound to be a break in the cold, because even if I'm in a cart, it's going to be heavy to lug around, unless I damage it, which will happen anyway as I fill it up with several kilos.
