Mattress smells very bad and one side is less high than the other. This is despite having been unrolled for a week.

Super price performance
I had bought 2 mattresses of this model for my 2 boys aged 7 and 10. It turns out that they are not suitable for children as they are firm mattresses contrary to the product description on the Micasa website (intermediate firmness level). I tested this mattress myself several nights and slept badly because of its hardness. More generally, I strongly advise against buying a mattress online, it's better to go directly to a Micasa store to try it out. Can I return these mattresses in store even though I bought them online? I'd like to thank customer service for their reply.
