Today I unpacked a completely moldy bamboo mat for the fourth time in a row. I bought each one at the Brügg center near Biel. I informed the information desk there. But apparently they didn't seem to investigate the problem any further. Fortunately, a piece of cling film is now enough for me to roll up. But I think it's pretty irresponsible to continue selling moldy sushi mats. In any case, I'll keep my hands off them in future.
