Always usable box, even without a lid. Delivery by PickMup went smoothly. The only thing I would criticize is the considerably higher price of all the boxes.

At first glance, the cases look great. The service department sent me back 3 new crates of a smaller size (because those were also broken when I received them), so I only have one 65L crate out of 2. In the end, I have crates without lids because customer service can't send me the lids (which were also broken !!!!!!!!). I asked for a refund so that I could recommend the lids myself. No news as they have too many processing requests. 3 weeks for 5 cases needed for a move is a bit long. It's not for lack of trying to reserve them in store, as the website advertised them as available, only to receive an announcement a few hours later that they were unavailable in store.
