The Merci promotion only allows you to collect physical stickers. This allows families and friends to collect stickers together.
Of course, our self-scanning and self-checkout customers also receive stickers. These can be obtained from Subito staff together with the receipt printout.
You can therefore contact the checkout staff directly after your purchase to obtain stickers.

When I shop via the app, I only receive the receipt digitally. So do I have to print out my receipt on paper at home and return to the store on the same day or can I get these stickers at Migros later with a collection of printed receipts?
At Coop, I can collect everything online, even via the Passabene app. Why doesn't Migros, which is otherwise so sustainable, switch to paperless?

As already explained, stickers can only be obtained directly after the purchase (i.e. not hours or days later) from the Subito checkout staff.
Therefore, present the receipt in paper form or digitally directly after the purchase in order to receive stickers.

Well then, as I understand it, I can show my screen with the digital receipt. The problem is that there are no extra Subito checkout staff in small stores. I have to queue up again in the normal checkout line or wait at the customer service desk. So it's not worth collecting, as it takes up extra time. It's a shame that this isn't possible digitally, like at Coop.
