Monday, 30.12.24: Still no promotions in the app!!!
Normally the new promotions in the app come on Sundays at 09.00 am. And again, nothing received so far.
I've really been doubting the IT department since the start of this app. Either there are no promotions, or they are incorrect or incomplete, or only half of them appear, or nothing at all.................... .
With other stores (especially Lidl and Aldi) it always works great.

Everything is ok with my cell phone and I'm up to date. Unbelievable that you don't just admit the error and blame me....🤨 I haven't received any notification yet, as usual on Sunday morning

Promotions are also only valid from Wednesday this week.
There are never any new products in the period between Christmas and New Year. It's been like this for years.
