Dear Migros (also applies to Coop), why can't all chilled lactose products be in the same "corner"? It is so tedious to look for the "aha" sign in all the shelves and departments. Would it be possible to put them together on a single shelf? Thank you 🙂

Why?
It's a good thing that yogurts are in the yogurt section, then people who are not lactose intolerant will buy these yogurts and promote sales.
And then where does it end? Gluten-free corner, lactose-free corner, vegan corner, protein-rich corner, pork-free corner (without gelatine)....

Yes good idea then you would have an overview of the offer if you are dependent on these products.

There is also a mixed Alnatura corner or a corner with Asian and Turkish things there too ; )

We understand that it would be helpful for customers with specific dietary needs - such as looking for lactose-free products - to find them in one central location.
Currently, lactose-free items are spread across different categories and departments to give our customers the opportunity to compare and choose all product variants within a category. This reflects the shopping behavior of the majority of our customers, who look for products by category rather than by specific dietary requirements.
We have already reviewed similar requests in the past and found that the demand for central placement of lactose-free products is currently relatively low compared to the overall customer base. Nevertheless, we are always striving to improve the shopping experience for all customers in the best possible way. We will therefore review your valuable feedback and incorporate it into future plans in order to possibly find a solution that better meets the needs of all customers. Best regards, Lea
