Isn't there a collective pass for this? And now the offer is being reduced? I can understand that they are not in a position to expand successfully in a large canton. But this?

Hello zapup, thank you for your contribution. We have indeed made a change to our seasonings. The no-name products and individual LeChef items now belong to the M-Classic label. However, the pizza and pasta seasoning that you appreciated was not included in the changeover. We therefore no longer offer this item. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to offer you an alternative that has the same content as your beloved LeChef brand spice. Kind regards, Alex

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately I didn't expect anything else. Migros is currently in the process of eliminating and reducing a lot of familiar products. So many products have disappeared... Especially popular and inexpensive ones, only to be told that there is an alternative, which is more expensive in any case. I just wonder which product will disappear next? The original idea of a low-cost supermarket with good and inexpensive products is being sacrificed for the sake of profit and Migros is gradually losing the trust of its customers, who are now just a pawn in the profit optimization game. I am more and more disappointed with Migros! It's a shame that Migros has sold its soul to McKinsey!

The social media department or the chatbot will probably not be interested in this and the decision-makers in the upper echelons have other priorities than caring about the customers' wishes.
But yes, I agree with you (it's not just Migros, by the way) that it's all about profit optimization and maximization. Customers can always be put off. The only question is: for how much longer?

Unfortunately, I also went in search of this spice. Can't you reconsider this decision? Sometimes I went to Migros instead of Coop just because of this spice - just saying. It was my absolute favorite spice.
