I don't understand why customers were not informed in advance that Le Chef spices were disappearing. We loved many of these spices and would have bought a large stock. We will particularly miss the Café de Paris and the roast spice. Unfortunately there are more and more changes like this. Other brands, such as Tangan, have also disappeared and have been replaced by totally identical, boring gray and white Migros own-brand packets. Well, if things go on like this, we won't be shopping at Migros any more.

Hello Nat21, you raise a point where we can still improve. It is important to us to provide our customers with better information about article tasks. We rarely communicate this for two reasons:
1. nowadays we are exposed to an excessive amount of advertising messages. For this reason, we assume that people would not notice our announcements about item deletion.
2. in addition, comprehensive communication about products that we are removing from the range would involve disproportionately high costs.
Furthermore, it is difficult to determine a point in time for information, as we do not remove the items from the range, but sell them off.
As part of a major product range overhaul, we have decided to switch all packaging in our foil and bag range, including M-Budget and Tangan, to Migros Kitchen & Co. The new packaging will have no impact on the estimated quality. The numbers will also remain the same - Tangan N°11 will become Kitchen & Co. N°11. Kind regards, Susi
