So I'm about to go crazy really.everything I've loved for decades is being taken out of the range.it's really no fun going to Migros anymore...can't find anything anymore anyway...I'm really more than disappointed

@Bodeseeknusperli Yes, that's exactly how I see it. I think the best thing to do is to get in touch with the supplier. The CEO will certainly take your creative suggestion on board and start looking for someone to tinker with it.

You, they don't want to. They'd rather say there isn't a single skilled craftsman in this country who can deal with the problem, not a single locksmith who still makes metal parts by hand, oh, no one can help, of course... But this way a product can disappear and nobody can be angry with them - after all, it's the fault of the defective machine, nothing can be done. Well.
The problem is (according to the statement above) the age. Sometimes there are simply no more spare parts available. That's what happened at my company... then 1 lift had to be completely replaced. I assume the product is made by Hunziker. Since Migros no longer produces anything for you, except the product, they don't care... the product is really great and I hope it comes back :(

At Lidl and Aldi, you know that the range changes. As a Migros child, I am extremely disappointed that these Icelandic moss tablets are no longer available with such a flimsy excuse from Migros that the machine is broken. I'm about to become a Coop child. Cooperative? I'll gladly resign.

And why should that be ok with Lidl Aldi, but not with Migros? The two are massively larger than Migros and could afford much more in terms of price than Migros... the retail trade is not an oasis, if the figures aren't right you're gone faster than you think (see real Germany) Why should Migros make up the story?
