Hello, the packet of this falafel mix states a frying time of 3 minutes. I find this rather short for the recommended golf ball-sized falafel balls. The preparation on the Migisite even states a frying time of 20-30 seconds! How can such a large ball be cooked with such a short frying time? And which time is correct? I made the balls smaller (more like the size of a walnut) and fried them for 4 minutes because I wanted to be on the safe side, as raw chickpeas are poisonous. Or is this falafel preparation already pre-cooked?
