What's wrong with the Agnesi products? I've bought Agnesi spaghetti several times in the last few weeks and it always had far too much starch in it. The consistency and taste are therefore strange.

Hello Jelne, thank you for your message. We would like to get to the bottom of the unusual consistency and the strange taste. So that we can trace the manufacturing process precisely, please send us the following information via the contact form.
- the barcode or article number
- the best-before date
- the batch or lot number
The article number is located near the Migros logo and contains a 7- or 12-digit sequence of numbers. You will also generally find the batch or lot number next to the best-before date. It usually starts with the letter L or there is a mixture of letters and numbers. Thank you in advance for your support. Best regards, Tabea
