Apparently Migros really needs to make big savings! The new offer for the Migros Aare senior card is a big step backwards. No more 10% off shopping once a month, just 8(!) specific discounts on offers that do little or nothing for me personally. Customer loyalty looks different.

The topic everywhere was that Migros should centralize. Now Migros is doing this because it wants one price in all stores with the new pricing strategy. If Migros is to centralize, this means that individual programs of individual cooperatives are not possible. Like the higher prices at the Gold Coast/train stations and programs like the senior card (which was only operated by the Aare cooperative).
It's funny how you accuse Migros of something (centralizing) and then just oppose the cuts. The advantage is that you can now see all fruit and vegetable items in the app

Why isn't this offer available to everyone, either the same for everyone or don't. It's not social and it's not what I understand by the cooperative.

I didn't even know that the monthly discount for senior citizens was only available at Migros Aare. Although I benefited from it myself, I think it's understandable that the discount has been abolished.
