I recently came across a relatively new "plant milk" in Germany: the sweet lupin drink. I know almost all of the milk substitutes, but I have rarely been as enthusiastic about them as I am about this one. It has a mild, slightly sweet taste and (like soy milk) is ideal for frothing coffee etc. Unfortunately, I haven't come across lupin milk anywhere in this country yet - perhaps it would be something for you? In any case, I would be a grateful customer and would find it an enrichment for the (vegi) world. :-)
