Hello everyone, my wife has an intolerance to lactose and gluten, which are contained in many natural products. We often find market strategies that involve a very tedious lifestyle change. As more and more people suffer from it and we have to invest more and more time in it when shopping, I would really appreciate defrosted products or suggestions and examples of meals on products. I think people are not educated enough about the fact that some cannot digest lactose and a gluten-free diet is not a luxury life. Gluten is found in many grains such as wheat, rye, barley, spelt, green spelt, einkorn and emmer. What do you think?
