Migros showed very clearly in 2024 that customer satisfaction is completely irrelevant.
For what reason do they keep emphasizing in their advertising that "customer satisfaction is very important to us" and that includes the opinions here in the forum.
But last year, Migros removed so many popular items from its range or replaced them with massively more expensive branded items. Be it Bonherba tea, replaced by Ricola. Teatime canceled, some of them now under MBudget, but with a different recipe.
The whole Tangan line, new name and design, but useless for the customer.
So stop with this hypocritical slogan "satisfaction is important to us ....", it's all about sales and market share!
