I don't use receipts, but the machine spits out the Cumulus receipt every time. That really makes no sense. I get it on my cell phone just like the receipt.

The issue has already been criticized several times by many customers here. I also find it completely nonsensical, but Migros' justification is very amusing 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hello MB3000 By dispensing with the automatic printout, we wanted to develop a standardized solution for all customers. With immediate effect, we are therefore dispensing with the printing of receipts for all customers across the board - regardless of whether they have a Migros account or not. However, receipts and guarantee vouchers will be printed again so that customers without a Migros account / Cumulus can receive them. For customers who have selected the "Receive receipt digitally only" setting in their Migros account, this may be perceived as a step backwards. Overall, however, we can save more paper together. You could program it so that people who don't want to have a receipt printed can also set that they don't get a receipt printed. But I don't think the people are capable of programming this. But at Coop it works, maybe ask them how it works instead of making excuses😉

Until now, I thought that you only received multiple Cumulus vouchers after scanning a Cumulus code. If this is not the case, what can customers without Cumulus, for whom the multiple vouchers on paper are obviously intended, do with them?

The guarantee vouchers are clear. But multiple Cumulus vouchers for customers without a Migros account and without Cumulus? At least I don't know for what purpose. 🤔
