The sale of MICASA, SPORTXX etc. means that customers lose interest in buying there. You no longer get CUMULUS and the buyers of these chains have to come up with something to keep the customers happy.

One Cumulus point corresponds to a 1% discount. I wouldn't make it dependent on this one percent either way whether I shop in a (former) Migros specialty store or not.

Your reasoning and explanation is one thing, but it's not about the individual sale (this has nothing to do with the MIGROS word "TREUEPROGRAMM") and a one-off purchase is not loyalty either, but it's about the "former" savings savings cards or similar. I keep collecting until this becomes noticeable when I go shopping. Every day during the week I buy bread, milk, butter and at the end the "weekly shop" and that 52 times a year plus a pair of skis, a tracksuit etc. that adds up: A LOT OF SMALL MONEY ALSO GIVES A FRANKEN

I agree Cumulus is losing a lot of value you can no longer use the vouchers when shopping for sporting goods (Sportxx) or for electronic items at Melectronics until now you can't even use them at digitec, which practically belongs to migros. at coop the Supercard is currently much more attractive.

For people who rarely or only very rarely buy food at Migros, SportXX, Do it + Garden etc. were a good alternative for collecting Cumulus points and redeeming the corresponding vouchers. I think it's a shame that Migros is hawking everything... This strategy won't work, this shot will backfire...
