High praise for the customer service at the Gümligen branch

I'm usually more of a critical writer, especially when it comes to the product range and the discontinuation of long-popular products. But today I think it's appropriate to thank the Gümligen store for its excellent service.
I bought these products on Tuesday:

I had a 40% Cumulus voucher from the festive promotion, which read:
"All Migros organic dried fruit and nuts in a bag", activated online on the PC and I also held out the Cumulus card, other vouchers were also recorded accordingly. But what I only realized when I got home was that the 40% discount on the two products had not been deducted. So I fished the paper receipt out of the waste paper and went back to the store today to ask for a friendly solution to the problem. After several attempts (made more difficult by the fact that the receipt I had brought with me was two days old - I simply didn't have time to go back the same day), the only message I got when I scanned the receipt was: "Criteria not met". Now, the fact that there are sometimes quibbles with promotions and receipts is nothing new, but even the friendly and very competent staff couldn't understand this.
I was surprised by the goodwill and creativity with which a solution was finally found to my complete satisfaction. Thank you very much for one more Christmas - the cake with the somewhat awkwardly sourced ingredients will certainly taste twice as good! :-)
