I have a colleague who has a cumulus card and regularly receives the shopping discounts, but then she is always told at the checkout that they have already been redeemed even though she hasn't used them. How is that possible?
And no, no one from her family has redeemed it, so my question is what should or can she do?

Has she linked the app to the card and can view the history digitally? Because if "already redeemed" you can look up when and where it was redeemed, you can't redeem a voucher twice, but it will list where it was last used.

You are very welcome to do so. She can look at the receipts, e.g. below the list of products, to see which receipt has been redeemed. Because it must appear somewhere if it says it has already been redeemed. I have attached my example.
And I'm sure migros will write something about it in a few days, but sometimes it takes a week or two in the meantime😆
