Today I received my Cumulus vouchers in the post and was amazed: they are less than half of what they used to be, i.e. about 40 less! Is this due to the fact that there are no more 3× Cumulus vouchers? I only order online. Is it the same for you? Incidentally, my consumption has remained the same.

Don't you think it's because Migros is making online shopping less and less attractive? Apart from the fact that the range is quite limited, there have also been no more double Cumulus points since the beginning of the year. I used to order mostly online, but as I very often don't get the products I want or not in the quantity I want and many promotions are not offered online, I'm increasingly doing my shopping in-store again. I think that's a shame, especially as Migros advertises that you can save yourself the hassle of lugging things around and have everything delivered. Wishful thinking!

I was thinking of cost-cutting measures rather than making online sales unattractive. I am very happy with the online range, I get everything I need. There are even products that are not available in the store. And above all, I hate lugging around the goods for a family of five and the time I save when I shop from the sofa. But what's good for me and bad for Migros is that online shopping doesn't encourage spontaneous purchases because you simply never have to walk past the shelves😀.
